- Though CBS' deal with the Southeastern Conference is usually for late-afternoon games, they also get the occasional primetime turn as they did on this evening. The Alabama vs. Florida matchup dominated the evening and easily handled ABC's Nebraska/Wisconsin game, which was ABC's weakest Saturday night game of the season to date. Bama/Florida was, though, down a tenth from last year's primetime game between the same two teams.
- A two-hour encore of Terra Nova easily beat its NBC repeat competition (Harry's Law and Prime Suspect). I would say that bodes well and you have to think I'm a genius because we know it held 100% of its premiere rating on Monday.
