- A low-rated final season of Fringe ended in typically disappointing fashion ratings-wise, though the two-hour finale did adjust up in finals to tie the season high point. It was up a notch from last season's finale, and the final season as a whole was down 13% from season four.
- ABC centerpiece Shark Tank went back into in repeats (but was still strong at 1.5), and the schizophrenic 8:00 comedies each took big drops. Last Man Standing and Malibu Country were at new lows in prelims, but Malibu Country merely tied its low after finals.
- A much steadier and fully original CBS easily won the evening as Undercover Boss and CSI: NY each tied their season high points.
