The 2/5/06 episode aired after the Super Bowl and is not counted in the regular War of 18-49 averages.
My typical shorthand to indicate the difference between a preliminary and final 18-49 rating was that I would not include the share for preliminaries. So that's how I operate on these pages too. The preliminary A18-49 ratings will not be in bold and there will not be a share.

A18-49 -The average percentage of TV-owning adults 18-49 that watched the program.
Share - The average percentage of TV-watching adults 18-49 that watched the program.

I found the final rating for the episode on 2/12/06, and it turns out the episode actually received an 11.3/25 in adults 18-49.
I usually located the final ratings for old Grey's Anatomy episodes in the weekly press releases on ABC Medianet, but ABC didn't post one on their site for the week of 2/6/06-2/12/06.
Luckily, The Futon Critic did (http://www.thefutoncritic.com/news.aspx?id=20060214abc01), and the press release confirms that Grey's Anatomy actually had an 11.3/25 final rating in adults 18-49 for the episode on 2/12/06. Hope this helps!
Thanks! FWIW, this was in my "new data" so it would've gotten updated this summer. I probably ran into the same problem as you did at ABC Medianet back in the day.
