WHAT MATTERS:
WHAT MATTERS:
- AMC paired its sophomore drama Preacher (0.58) with Fear the Walking Dead (0.96) for a one-time preview on Sunday, then moved the show to its regular Monday timeslot with a 0.43. That 0.43 is barely half of where Preacher started its "regular" run a year ago, but still managed to match the low point from season one. That number was actually achieved early last season, before it grew to 0.5 and eventually a bunch of 0.6's late last season.

Cablemetrics: Preacher, Ray Donovan, Wrecked, Animal Kingdom, Dead of Summer
These numbers are current through Tuesday, July 5.

WHAT MATTERS:
- In the first week without Game of Thrones, nothing in the table broke a 1.0. But the lack of Thrones may have helped some other male-skewing players in the Sunday landscape; both Preacher (0.51) and Ray Donovan (0.33) upticked on Sunday, even on a low-viewed holiday weekend night. The only of the Sunday 9/8c staples that seemed to suffer from the holiday at all was The Last Ship (0.41).

Cablemetrics: Animal Kingdom, Wrecked, Major Crimes, Guilt
These numbers are current through Tuesday, June 14.

WHAT MATTERS:
- TNT had its new drama of the summer, Animal Kingdom with a 0.45 in the first hour and a 0.35 in the second. This show's pilot had previewed after NBA playoffs telecasts and was supposed to preview again after The Last Ship on Sunday. But that premiere got delayed due to its opening scene's similarity to the Orlando shootings. Anyway, 0.45/0.35 doesn't seem great, but TNT renewed Murder in the First last year with similar to slightly worse raw numbers. So it'll probably be fine if it stays close to this.
