It's time for a journey through the NBC Thursday schedule in 2024-25...

The Law and Order duo returned to the fall, but they looked pretty sluggish at times and had some of their worst results of the season. Sophomore Found stepped into the slot vacated by L&O: Organized Crime and couldn't live up to that show's ratings.

Both the L&O's perked up somewhat in the winter, with the mothership posting the majority of its league average or better results in January and February. However, the y2y declines weren't great here, as the shows got compared against their season premiere ratings in winter 2024.

The L&O's dropped in the spring, but it was a softer landing than a year ago, allowing them to catch up with last year's spring ratings.

Law and Order: We've seen this template a bunch of times now, especially with all the Dick Wolf tri-drama nights: the shows struggle in the fall, improve in winter but have bad y2y winter numbers (compared against last year's premieres), then have better y2y spring numbers. Maybe there's some larger effect at play from throwing people off their yearly schedules but I'm too dumb to account for that. So, like with the Chicagos, I give them some credit for closing up the gap in the spring but can't completely ignore the fall doldrums. Also like with the Chicagos, I'm being a bit harsher on the 8/7c show with the better trend since I think airing in the fall should've helped more. Grade: C+.
Law and Order: SVU: See above. As with 9-1-1, this is possibly a bit too generous for a -10% but I'm betting on the good trends in the spring boding well going forward. Grade: C+.
Found: For a show that seemed at least a little promising after The Voice last year, this was a disappointing run. That said, I'd still have probably brought it back over The Hunting Party and it seems unlikely things will get better with that show replacing Found next year. Grade: C-.
