The Voice returned yet again for NBC Monday with a small decline in the first two hours. NBC more than made up for it with an improved new drama at 10/9c in Quantum Leap, crushing the year-ago Ordinary Joe.

Another America's Got Talent spin-off showed up for the winter. All-Stars performed notably better than last year's AGT: Extreme, and the big lead-in helped Quantum Leap grow big in the 10/9c hour again.

After flopping last year with a non-Voice singing competition, NBC brought The Voice back for a spring season in 2023 and doubled the year-ago Plus. Game show That's My Jam took over for Quantum Leap in impressive fashion, rounding out a full year of big growth in that hour.

The Voice Fall: Though down a fair amount from its peak, The Voice seems to have found some kind of level in the last few years. Grade: B-.
America's Got Talent: All-Stars: As AGT spin-offs go, this one seemed pretty average. It was definitely an improvement on last year's AGT: Extreme (especially considering that one had a full Winter Olympics of promotion), but quite a bit weaker than season one of AGT: The Champions and still down double digits from season two of Champions. Grade: B.
The Voice Spring: Almost exactly in line with the last spring Voice season two years ago. Grade: B-.
Quantum Leap: Compared with the last couple fall post-Voice launches (Bluff City Law and Ordinary Joe), this show seemed like a mega-smash. Going back farther, it's definitely not in the pantheon with The Blacklist, Blindspot and Manifest, but I would also rate it ahead of stuff like Timeless and The Brave which had much stronger Voice lead-ins. Wish it had held up better in the winter but I still think the renewal was reasonable. Grade: B-.
That's My Jam: This sophomore game show looked pretty good in two separate post-Voice stints this season, first on Tuesday in the late winter/early spring (where it posted some league average-ish ratings) and then these last five weeks on Monday. It was probably even more impressive last year when it had the huge growth after Kenan, but it still seems like one of the better pairings with The Voice that we've seen in recent years. Grade: B.
