FINALS UPDATE: AFC Championship (16.3, +1.8) adjusted up while Magnum P.I. (2.4, -1.4) and Charmed (0.2) adjusted down.

WHAT MATTERS:

• Numbers to come. Overtime in the AFC Championship led to a late start (10:39ish ET) for a special Magnum P.I. on CBS. Shark Tank was the only entertainment original elsewhere on the big four, while the CW returned to action with Supergirl and Charmed.
