WHAT MATTERS:- Numbers posted. ABC's Abbott Elementary made the move to Wednesday night, anchoring the 9/8c hour while The Conners and The Goldbergs joined up at 8/7c. Later in the night were the third seasons of Home Economics and Big Sky. On the unscripted front, CBS had the two-hour season premiere of Survivor followed by The Amazing Race, while Fox reunited the winter 2020 combo of The Masked Singer and LEGO Masters. NBC's Chicago Med, Chicago Fire and Chicago PD began their fifth season as a Wednesday trio.

And CBS had the return of its all-FBI night with the mothership, FBI: International and FBI: Most Wanted back in last season's timeslots.
