Rating the Ratings: Usually I'd be very kind to a season being compared to anything as inflated as the last season of Two and a Half Men. After all, this season still had a higher A18-49+ than any of the show's highly successful first eight seasons. But I have to be a little harsher here because season ten of Men soaked up the biggest lead-in on CBS, The Big Bang Theory. Thursday at 8:00 was a pretty powerful hour, and Men was the third-biggest scripted show on broadcast, but I think it's reasonable to say CBS was hoping for even better than this given what went down with TBBT. We'll definitely get a good sense of where Men is really at next season, as it leads out of two straight new shows. Grade: C-.
