- Big downward finals adjustments on ABC due to an NFL pre-emption meant Scandal ultimately came down a single tenth from last week's series high. The pre-emptions had less impact on the CBS adjustments; all the network's programs remained even to slightly up after finals.
- The only network that wasn't in completely normal mode was NBC, where an Up All Night double-dip reached new depths and holiday strip Take It All remained mired in the low 1's. Fox was slightly down again with struggling The X Factor and Glee.
