Spotted Ratings, Tuesday 8/14/12

WHAT MATTERS:

• All's back to normal on Tuesday, with NY Med and America's Got Talent and MasterChef getting back to almost exactly their pre-Olympics levels.

• Fox had a very encouraging day two out of Hotel Hell, up a couple ticks from Monday's premiere, while NBC got sampling out of a Stars Earn Stripes encore that was pretty close to Monday's 1.7.

• The finales keep coming on TNT, where Rizzoli & Isles (1.3) signed off for the summer at a season high. Franklin & Bash (0.9) also had a big finale night rebound after struggling against the Olympics.
