Spotted Ratings, Thursday 8/23/12

WHAT MATTERS:

• The CW's all-original Thursday basically maintained its week-ago premiere audience.

• Cable brought season highs for Awkward. (1.0) and the season finale of Suits (1.5). Burn Notice (1.3) was also darn close to a season high in capping off what was by far USA's strongest drama night of the summer. GSN had a game-changing premiere out of Jeff Foxworthy's The American Bible Challenge (1.70m, 0.4), as that did nearly three times the typical top weekly programs on GSN and about 50% better than the network's previous viewership record.
