- Week three of November sweeps got off to a weak start, particularly on Fox (where the The X Factor and Bones combo was about a half-point weaker than last week) and NBC (where Community, Parks and Recreation and The Office were all down multiple ticks). The debut of NFL Network's Thursday Night Football (2.2) may deserve some of the credit for the carnage.
- ABC had the best night, with Grey's Anatomy and Private Practice both tying their season highs set on their respective premiere nights. Perhaps they benefited from repeat drama competition on CBS and a post-premiere drop for Bones.
