WHAT MATTERS:

• ABC's Saturday Night College Football matchup between Oklahoma and Florida State pulled a 3.3 demo, the highest rating for a regular season Saturday night game on ABC since 10/31/09. ABC hasn't had a regular season Saturday game do better since 2008.

• In comedy encore news, CBS brought Rules of Engagement to its eventual original home, while NBC ran Up All Night and Free Agents yet again.
